One place that holds everything true about a client, from the signed deal through delivery and into managed infrastructure. It starts at the front-end handoff (built from the handoff brief) and stays current through the relationship.
Ideally this lives as a record in Craft Brain; until then, copy this template per client and keep it updated.
Who keeps it current
Derek owns updates from kickoff onward (he's the point of contact); Clinton owns the commercial fields. Update it at every phase change, change order, NPS, and renewal.
Secrets stay out
Keep secrets (passwords, keys) out of this document — store them in your secure credential system and reference the location only.
